COMMERCIAL
LICENCE
For More Than a Playing Partner
The Individual price covers you and a training partner. If you're a coach, club administrator, or running a squad, the Commercial licence gives you the rights you need.
It allows you to display PDF sheets on your noticeboard, distribute up to 25 photocopies per routine within one facility, and share digitally with your members via WhatsApp or similar platforms.
There's no cap on how many players use the plans within one location — just keep it to one facility and be fair.
See Commercial Prices"I truly believe that €99 for lifetime use of all the routines in a full plan is excellent value. Even if you only have 25 members in your facility, that's only 33 cents per routine."— Phillip Marlowe, BetterSquash

TESTIMONIAL
Phillip's solo sessions have been a real game-changer for me. They have provided a great way to build my ball control and swing skills, and expand my range of shots beyond my previous repertoire. They have enabled me to plot a path of gradual, consistent improvement in my match performance, and also reduce injury niggles such as the stiff racket arm elbow that used to bother me, but now far less.

Common Questions
FAQ
What level of player are the plans for?
Currently, FastFocus is designed for confident club players who play competitive squash. Beginners may find it challenging. A dedicated beginner set is planned but has no confirmed release date.
What's the difference between a Compact and Complete plan?
Complete plans contain 12 routines of around 40 minutes each. Compact plans (coming soon) will contain 6 routines of around 20 minutes each, with a tighter, more specific objective. Compact plans are priced lower at €19 Individual / €39 Commercial.
Is it a subscription?
No. It's a one-off payment. You receive the PDFs and video links and keep them forever. Any future updates to plans you've purchased are sent to you at no extra cost.
How much court time do I need per session?
Book a 45-minute slot for each 30–40 minute routine. This gives you time to complete the session properly and repeat any drills targeting your weak spots.
Do I need the app?
No — the PDF sheets are self-contained. But the free BetterPractice app makes sessions significantly easier to manage on court, with audio and visual timing cues so you don't need to check the sheet mid-drill.
Can I practice with a partner?
The plans are designed as solo routines, but many drills can be adapted for a partner sharing the court. Ask in the Discord for specific adaptations.
How quickly will I see results?
Most players notice improvements in ball control within 2–3 weeks of consistent practice (2–3 sessions per week). More significant changes typically show over 6–8 weeks.
What payment methods are accepted?
Major credit cards via Stripe. Secure checkout, no account required to purchase.
