Structured delivery to keep your training focused
Your routines arrive in stages, so you always have enough routines to train with, without too many routines arriving at once, and your not knowing which ones to use.
Day of purchase: You receive three routines (routine 1, 2 and 3)
Every month after that: You receive one routine per month, for the next 9 months.
NOTE: Your monthly routine arrives on the same date each month as your purchase date. For example, if you purchased on the 17th, you receive the first 3 routines on the 17th, and then one routine on the 17th of each following month."
Designed for confident club players who play competitive squash. Some beginners have purchased it and benefited, but it is not designed with beginners in mind. A dedicated beginners set is planned for the future.
Yes, especially if you had previous experience. Focus on quality over quantity as you regain your touch.
Most players notice improvements in ball control within 2–3 weeks of consistent practice (1-2 sessions per week). More significant changes typically take 5–7 weeks.
Using the Plan
Book a 45-minute slot for each 30–40 minute routine. This gives you time to complete the session properly and repeat any drills targeting your weaknesses.
For best results, 1–2 solo sessions per week. Ideally 5–10 sessions per month overall, but adjust to your own schedule and goals.
Do each routine at least twice before moving on. As you receive each routine, perform that one a few times and then select any of the routines you have.
Yes, if you want to. Adapt and adjust the routines to suit your needs and what feels right for that session.
Just a standard squash racket and suitable balls (see Use The Right Ball). Having a spare ball in your non-hitting hand is helpful. A4 paper targets are occasionally recommended.
