My Personalised Practicing Plans (PPP) provides a clear, systematic approach to practice, tailored to your individual needs.
Each PPP comes in two parts:
➤ Solo Plan – A focused series of solo drills designed to refine technical skills and ball control.
➤ Paired Plan – A combination of pairs' drills, conditioned games, and match play rules to develop tactical awareness, shot selection, and competitive adaptability.
Rather than generic training advice, these plans are built around your specific strengths, weaknesses and objectives, thereby ensuring each session has a clear purpose.
By training with precision, you can maximize your court time and accelerate your development.
➤ Purchase the option you want. Standard For only the PDFs or Premium: For the personalised video and PDFs.
➤ Expect your Welcome email within 24 hours - it contains your Referral Code and the PPP Assessment questions.
➤ Reply to the email with your answers to the questions. The more information you supply, the better the final plan.
➤ Expect your Personalised Practice Plan PDF sheets and Video (if chosen) within about a week.
➤ Read the plans carefully to make sure you understand each drill and watch the video (if chosen).
➤ Contact me within one month of receiving the plans to clarify anything or ask for minor changes.
➤ Use the original or updated plan and start improving.
➤ Wait patiently for at least 3/4 months before ordering another PPP.
Personalised Practice Plans (PPP) are custom-designed practice programmes tailored specifically to player's individual skills, objectives and commitment. Based on answers to approximately 20 questions, a PPP is created to help players achieve their maximum potential.
Unlike one-size-fits-all approaches, these plans are specifically crafted to each player's unique situation. The difference is similar to buying clothes "off the rack" or having them tailormade for you.
The process is simple: 1: Purchase the plan type of your choice. 2: Respond to the PPP assessment questions. 3. Wait about a week (a little more if you have selected the video option) 4. Receive and read your custom-designed practice plan. 5. Begin your personalised training journey.

Plans can be modified up to one month after receiving them. After that, you will need to purchase a new one.
Once you understand all the drills and exercises in your plan, you simply perform those drills and exercises.
You perform the solo routine and other exercises between 2 and 3 times per week.
No, if you find some drills too difficult or just don't want to do certain drills or exercises, then that is fine.
No, all the drills and exercises in your PP are performed on a squash court with a racket and balls.
Yes, probably, but it depends on your commitment level. There's no reason why you can't use your PPP in conjunctions with the routines in the Solo Routines programme.
Yes and No. Minor changes can be made within one month of receiving your plan, but if you change your objectives, a new plan should be purchased.
